What’s Ahead for Kitchen Design Trends in 2019

What’s Ahead for Kitchen Design Trends in 2019 Kitchen design trends seem to come and go throughout the years.  At Persona Kitchen & Bath Solutions, we feel some of 2019’s most popular predicted trends shine a light on what the future of kitchen design will...

I had dreamed of updating our 90’s kitchen for a few years always searching home shows, magazines, and internet applications for ideas.  There was no end to the beautiful features and great conveniences I fell in love with and was sure I had to have.  I dreaded interviewing contractors and making design choices to get to the actual construction.  We needed help to come up with a realistic plan and get it executed. After reviewing local kitchen design contractor pages on Houzz, I decided to start my search by just dropping by the Persona Showroom.  Mark and Brandi both spent time listening to me babble on about all I wanted to do without any coherent plan.  Then Mark said I can’t really do much until I actually see the real space.  He set an appointment to come to our home the next day to view the space and take some measurements.  About a week later, we went to the showroom and were shown two different designs for our kitchen.  These were a starting point and we were free to reject or accept any of the ideas.  The next trip to the showroom we had chosen features we loved from both designs and took home some product samples to live with for a few days.  The last trip we saw our final design, signed the contract and were taken to various showrooms to select products and finishes (i.e. cabinets, granite, tile, fixtures).  It was an anxious morning, but Mark and Brandi were there to help us every step.  We were even given a proposed construction start date in just a few weeks and an expected time frame.  They had our confidence immediately and we never thought once about looking at other contractors.

Tim was our general contractor and WOW what a worker, craftsman, and more importantly, great person to have in our home each day.  Every morning started on time, we were informed of each step and tasks were completed as promised, and every night the site was left neat and clean.  Mark and Brandi were on-site often making sure everything was set for the next step.  Every tradesman on the Persona team was wonderful to work with and an expert at what he did.  We really did not have one delay.  We truly love our new kitchen and have recommended Persona to friends and family. We hope to do a master bath project soon and will go straight to our Persona team!
